THE
PROCESS
Floral
freeze drying is accomplished by a process called sublimation.
Your flowers are placed in a computer monitored machine that
freezes and extracts almost all moisture from the flower by way of
a vacuum which helps to retain the brilliant color and shape of
each flower. This is a carefully monitored process which takes 14
to 16 days in the machine plus additional preparation time with
pre and post-treatments to produce a properly freeze dried flower
for keepsake quality. Please keep in mind the fresher the flowers
are when we receive them, the better the results will be.
We
have many flower ideas for your wedding that will preserve your
memories as well as having your wedding flowers for decorations
for many years to come. Remember your special day with a
freeze dried wedding bouquet, freeze dried roses and carnations,
or freeze dried wedding rose petals from your walk down the isle.
Don't forget all of your other memorable events. A keepsake
from a baby shower, first communion keepsakes, anniversary
keepsakes, and that very special prom keepsake. Anytime
flowers are appropriate, freeze dried flowers are the memories to
hold them dear to you.

preservation is not an event, it is a memory.
Just a Reminder:

It is best to get your flowers to us within 2 to 3 days after
the day of the event.

Place your flowers in a refrigerator until your consultation
appointment.

Water your flowers often by spraying them or by watering the
oasis.
